David C. Dale
  David C. Dale was born in Rochester, New York, on February 11, 1938. Mr. Dale received his undergraduate and legal education from Indiana University and was admitted to the Bar in 1962. Mr. Dale practices in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, and health care law. Professionally, Mr. Dale is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a former Chairman of the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist as certified in Indiana by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board. David Dale was named the Citizen of the Year by the Wells County Chamber in 2000.


Keith P. Huffman
  Keith P. Huffman was born in Toledo, Ohio, on July 20, 1951. Keith P. Huffman received his undergraduate education from Adrian College, his legal education from Indiana University, and was admitted to the Bar in 1980.  Mr. Huffman is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and previously served as the President of the Indiana Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  Mr. Huffman is a member of the Ethics Committee at Bluffton Regional Medical Center, a member of the Northeast Indiana Alzheimer’s Advisory Board, a member of the Aging & In-Home Services Board of Directors, and a member of the Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital Institutional Review Committee.  Keith Huffman was named the Citizen of the Year by the Wells County Chamber in 2003 and was named as the outstanding member of the Indiana National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys in 2009.


Timothy K. Babcock
  Timothy K. Babcock is a long-time resident of Bluffton. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he attended Bluffton High School and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with High Distinction with a Bachelor's Degree in Germanic Studies and a minor in English. He was a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa honorary fraternities. Mr. Babcock also graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, with a strong emphasis in estate planning and taxation. While in Atlanta, he participated in several internship programs including an internship with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Babcock is admitted to practice law before all Indiana state courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and is an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist as certified in Indiana by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board.

Christopher L. Nusbaum
  Christopher L. Nusbaum was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on May 24, 1986.  Mr. Nusbaum obtained his undergraduate education from Indiana University and his legal education from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington.  He also completed course work in Dublin, Ireland, studying Comparative Civil Rights and International Human Rights. Mr. Nusbaum was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2011 and practices in the real estate, trust and estate planning, estate administration, and business formation.  Mr. Nusbaum resides in Fort Wayne where he enjoys the company of his family.
